EAGLE POINT ROAD

Located on the South Carolina barrier island of Kiawah, this vacation home is the perfect gathering spot for our clients to welcome their children and grandchildren.  Surrounded by golf courses and maritime habitat, we took design inspiration directly from nature.

A soft color palette of blues and greens was selected, as a nod to the nearby ocean, as well as grey wood flooring and beams and seagrass rugs to mimic the driftwood and marshy flora found at the adjacent beaches. Solution dyed acrylic and washable fabrics were used to ensure a comfortable and liveable environment for all ages.

Highlights of this project include the cozy window seat nooks with built in shelving, the light and airy family room, and the fun nautical details throughout the home.
